DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

Yes, we accept returns on all full priced items purchased within 7 days of delivery. Your original payment method will be refunded. All Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Unless the return is required by law; Sale items are not accepted for returns Intimates, jewellery, face masks and swimwear are not accpeted for returns. DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Yes, we deliver to PO Box addresses using a standard Australia Post Service.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Kyah Halitta ships Internationally. There is a flat rate of $30 for shipping and handling for all orders placed outside of Australia.

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch Standard shipping cost is $10 Time - Same State (NSW) 2-5 business days Interstate 3-6 business days Express Shipping cost is $15 Time - 1-3 business days INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All International orders have a flat rate of $30 for standard shipping Time - 10-18 business days Please Note: Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Kyah Halitta will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return item, please contact info@kyahhalitta.com with the subject RETURNS. You must do this within 7 days of delivery. We will not return for change of mind.
